Ready to take control of your health but don’t know where to start? This 8 week online program is a great way to start. I will build you a custom workout, cardio and nutrition plan to get you moving towards your goal. In this program we have weekly check-ins, assessments and any necessary plan adjustment. I can build you a plan for home workouts or the gym. I can build your nutrition program around your favorite go to, helping you to adhere to your plan while attaining your goal. I have been in the fitness industry since 2012 with dual certifications with the American Exercise Council and fitness is my other passion.
Want to train with me one on one in a gym?
This package is for one month of training 3 days a week and includes a nutrition plan upon request. All training sessions to be completed at Alaska Functional Fitness or I can come to your home with an added fee.
